We’d been ready to renovate for at least 4 years before we took the final plunge. The reason we waited so long was that we didn’t want to get stuck with a builder we couldn’t trust; a builder who was slipshod; a builder who talked big but would leave us in the lurch. We’d heard many dreadful stories from friends who had terrible experiences building or renovating. I.S. Giltinan Builders was not that builder. The project took only 7 months and it was the best thing we did. Even our neighbours, who put up with our renovations, couldn’t speak highly enough of Ian and the boys.
